Return Policy

At Chessie Pride, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

That said — if something arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.


We’ll gladly replace or refund an item if:

  • It arrives damaged
  • There is a clear print or fulfillment error
  • You received the wrong item from what you ordered

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue

We cannot offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered (please refer to our size guides carefully)
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • General wear & tear after use

A Note on Sizing & Fit:

All apparel has a detailed size guide on each product page. We recommend measuring a favorite shirt at home and comparing it to the chart before ordering — this helps avoid sizing surprises!


Refunds:

If your claim is approved, we’ll either send a free replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method, based on your preference.
